Heeeere's Whitney!

Whitney comes from a family of writers (Ted Barris, Jayne MacAulay, Kate Barris and Alex Barris) and so her natural tendencies toward the arts were always encouraged and indulged. Her performance career began on the stage at the impressionable age of eight in Uxbridge Public School's theatrical triumph "The Trial of Alice in Wonderland" as the White Rabbit in a fabulous costume that her mother made and she hasn't looked back since.

Now a proud member of the
Canadian Actors Equity Association
, Whitney has performed in more than 50 stage productions including the Dora Award Nominated "Gorey Story" (The Thistle Project) and the world premieres of a cappella musical "Lake Nora Arms" (Theatre & Co.) and "Hungry" (Public Energy) as well as the Canadian premiere of Michael John LaChiusa's "Hello Again" (Hello Again Collective.)
